Standing Stretch & Balance

Stretching doesn't always require you to lie on the floor.  This is a great stretching and balance routine from Pilates & Yoga with Katja.  It takes about 20 minutes, and will help energize you, strengthen your hips, legs, core and back, and challenge your balance.  It's a great class to do when you are short on time or you can combine it with another class to create a longer workout.  Hold onto a chair if you need some extra stability.  As always, keep it safe by skipping or modifying anything that isn't right for your body.  Enjoy!
