Registration

Ballet-Based Fitness is offered through the Mt. Diablo Adult Education (MDAE), Lifelong Education program.  You must be at least 18 years of age to attend class.

To register, go to https://mdae.mdusd.org/programs/lifelongeducation and look under “Fitness.”  Late registrations are accepted, but the full class fee is charged.

The class is held on a Session schedule and is amazingly affordable.  New registration is required for each Session.  There is no enrollment fee; you just pay for each Session you wish to attend.  Sessions vary from about 10 - 12 class meetings each.  The cost varies slightly depending on each Session's length; it usually works out to about $9 per class.

The class meets on Tuesdays, from 7:00 - 8:30 PM, during the Fall (Sep - Dec), Winter (Jan - Mar) and Spring (Apr - Jun).  (There is no class during the Summer months.)  The class is held in the Small Gym, at MDAE's Pleasant Hill facility, located at One Santa Barbara Road, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523.

See the Calendar for upcoming Session class meeting dates.

IMPORTANT:  Before registering, please review the Health & Safety information in the Class Guide.

LIABILITY WAIVER:  Class attendees will be asked to complete a liability waiver, on their first day of class.  Waivers are available in class, or you may download the waiver here (WAIVER DOWNLOAD), complete it ahead of time, and bring it to class with you.

If you have questions about registering, the Lifelong Education program can be reached by phone at (925) 937-1530, or by email at lifelonged@mdusd.org.
