10 Min Follow-along Stretch

Yelena, at Ballet for All, has a nice 10-minute follow-along stretching video that you might find enjoyable.  It includes a good variety of stretches, from standing, kneeling, seated and lying positions.  It targets just about every muscle in your body!  She gives suggestions to modify the stretches, for those who are less flexible, but be sure to listen to your body and skip or modify anything that doesn't feel right for you.  For the standing stretches, feel free to hold onto a chair for stability, if that feels better.  For the kneeling stretches, use a pillow or a thick mat to cushion your bones.  Check it out!
