Aging Backwards Workout

My thanks to Madeline, from our class, who recently turned me on to a wonderful series of videos called "Aging Backwards," from Miranda Esmonde-White.  (You may have seen Miranda from time to time on your local PBS station).

Below are 8 videos focusing on various exercises and stretches designed to keep you feeling vibrant and young.  Check them out!  You can try them all or just focus on those that address your body's needs.  What's good about her exercises, is that they focus on fluid movement, which is better for your muscles and joints that old-school static stretching. I'll definitely be stealing some of these exercises for our future class warm-ups.

You can find more stretching and wellness content, by Miranda and others, on the Classical Stretch by Essentrics YouTube channel.

KEEP IT SAFE:  As always, only do what feels comfortable and manageable for your body.  Modify or skip anything that causes you pain or discomfort.
