Active Recovery Stretch Routine

I really like this stretch and flexibility routine for active recovery, from Pilates & Yoga with Katja.  It provides a flowing, full-body stretch starting with standing movements to mobilize the arms, shoulders, upper back and sides, then moving on to floor exercises for the hips and legs.  It's a great route for self-care, to reduce stress and calm your mind.

KEEP IT SAFE:  Always remember to skip or modify any movements that are painful or uncomfortable.
