Foot and Ankle Strenthening

Dancers have strong, flexible feet.  And here's how they get them!  Follow along with this video for some foot and ankle exercises that will improve your demi-pointes, give you a higher arch, and improve the height and stability of your releve.  Try incorporating these exercises into your daily life -- when you're brushing your teeth, or talking on the phone, or waiting for your coffee to brew.
