30 Minute Ballet Class

Having a busy day?  No time for a full hour-plus ballet workout?  This may be just what you need!

Kathryn Morgan has a new follow-along video, that fits a whole ballet class into just 30 minutes.  It's a nice basic class, designed as a pre-performance warmup for professional dancers, so it will run you through all the basics without wearing you out.

She's able to fit the full class into 30 minutes because she doesn't spend time explaining the combinations before hand, but they're are simple enough that you can easily follow-along.  Give it a try!
