In case you've ever thought that male ballet dancers aren't amazing artists and athletes, take a few minutes to watch this day-in-the-life video of Steven McRae -- dancer with London's Royal Ballet.

If you do nothing else, jump to minute 5:23 and watch his astounding entrechat (beating jumps).  I honestly can't tell how many beats he is doing, because they are SO FAST!
