Staatsballett: Intermediate Class

I really like this ballet barre class from Staatsballett Hannover.   It's an intermediate level class, but there are lots of elements that are manageable for beginners -- just do what you can and modify or skip those elements that you'd rather not do.

The teacher, Michèle Seydoux, is a dancer with Staatsballett.  She conducts the class in German, but does such a good job of demonstrating, that you can follow along, even if you don't speak German.  It's really intriguing how much of her instruction is understandable, despite the language difference.  Ballet really is universal!
