DIY Iced Foot-roller
Got tired, achy feet at the end of the day? This feels amazing! And it costs nothing at all! And you can do it while watching TV!
- Get an old plastic water bottle and remove any labels.
- Fill the bottle about 75% full with water, leaving space for expansion when the water freezes.
- Put the bottle upright in your freezer, with the cap off (but save the cap). Prop up the bottle, so it won't accidentally tip over.
- After a few hours, remove the frozen water bottle and put the cap on.
- Place the bottle on a towel on the floor and roll it back and forth under each foot, applying as much pressure as feels comfortable.
Ahhhh! Doesn't that feel good?
