DIY Iced Foot-roller

Got tired, achy feet at the end of the day?  This feels amazing!  And it costs nothing at all!  And you can do it while watching TV!  

  1. Get an old plastic water bottle and remove any labels.

  2. Fill the bottle about 75% full with water, leaving space for expansion when the water freezes.

  3. Put the bottle upright in your freezer, with the cap off (but save the cap).  Prop up the bottle, so it won't accidentally tip over.

  4. After a few hours, remove the frozen water bottle and put the cap on.

  5. Place the bottle on a towel on the floor and roll it back and forth under each foot, applying as much pressure as feels comfortable.

Ahhhh!  Doesn't that feel good?
