Return Yoga Series with Adriene -- Week 4: "Center"

The fourth practice in the "Return" series from Yoga with Adriene invites you to return to "Center."  This is a cozy gentle set of movements, devoted to the core, and you'll recogize several from floor exercises we've done in our class.  This series is a supportive, yogic approach to strengthening and awakening the midline with care, steadiness, and breath.  Think of your center as a place for confidence, vitality, digestion, will, clarity, and forward momentum.
