10 Minute Evening Stretch

Ready for a little relaxing stretch, before bedtime?  Check out this 10-minute yoga-inspired stretching routine for the evening, from Mady Morrison.  In this calming and relaxing session, she guides you through a beginner sequence to help you unwind, promote better sleep, and induce deep relaxation.

The focus is on gentle movements and deep breathing to help release tight muscles, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system.  As you flow through each stretch, remember to listen to your body and honor its needs, allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation with each exhale.
