Stretches for Lower Back

Here's a nice, quick under-10-minute series for relieving low back pain and stiffness, from Sarah, at Breaking Ballet.  I've been using this to release my lower back tension, during a few of my "movement snacks" during the work day.  It feels really good if you've been sitting for an extended period.
