Full Body Stretching Workout

I really like this full-body workout from healthy aging expert, Miranda Esmonde White.  It's from her YouTube channel Classical Stretch by Essentrics.  The movements of her workout are very balletic -- smooth and gentle.  She focuses on fostering fluidity through the entire body, and she's very conscientious about stretching safely.

The workout is about 22 minutes long, and really works every part of the body.  Give it a try!
