Low Back & Hamstring Yoga

I really like this gentle, 30 minute Yoga stretch for low back and hamstrings, from Yoga with Adriene.  If you spend lots of time sitting during the day, this is a great way to relax, gently stretch and mobilize your hips, hamstrings and lumbar spine.

A WORD OF CAUTION:  The side leg-extension stretch that she does starting at minute 20 may be a little intense if your hamstrings are tight.  Be sure to modify this stretch into something your body can safely manage; or just skip it and go to the closing series, starting at minute 26.
