Gentle Full-Body Pilates Stretch

I stumbled across this amazing full-body Pilates stretch, by Robin Long, of The Balanced Life.  Some of these stretches are definitely going to make it into our floor exercises, for the Fall 2022 class.

The side-stretches she does, from the Z-sit position, toward the end of the video, feel especially good on my stiff, old back.  If the Z-sit position doesn't feel good on your knees, however, modify it by sitting cross-legged, or with one leg extended out in front of you, instead of bent behind you.
