For Back and Shoulder Tension

I don't know about you, but I spend far too many hours working in front of a computer and by the end of the day, my neck and shoulders have built up a lot of tension.

Here's a nice 5 minute video, from Breaking Ballet, with some simple movements and stretches to relax your shoulders and neck.

KEEP IT SAFE:  The shoulder stretch she does at the end of the video is not for everyone.  If you are particularly tight through your chest or shoulders, or if you have any kind of pre-existing shoulder problem, please skip that stretch.
