Simple Standing Supported Stretch

Are you looking for some standing stretches you can do at your barre (or your kitchen counter)?  Blythe, at A Blythe Coach, has a lovely video with feel-good stretches that can be done standing at the barre.  This is a great way to gently prepare your body for dance class, or just for your day's activities.

In the video she demonstrates a full-body stretch routine of all the major muscle groups.  There aren't any verbal cues or detailed instruction; just watch and follow along.  Enjoy!

KEEP IT SAFE:  Some of these stretches may not be for you, especially if you have limited mobility and can't get your legs up on the barre.  It's totally OK to just skip the ones that don't agree with your body.  Always listen to what your body is telling you!
