Beginner-Intermediate Class with Kathryn Morgan

Kathryn Morgan has another very nice dance at home video, for a beginner-intermediate ballet class.  She explains the combinations well and gives tips and tricks, just like you were in a regular class.  I so appreciate her fun teaching style!  This is a great class to do at home during Summer break!

KEEP IT SAFE:  As always, listen to your body and only do as much as you are comfortable doing.  Skip or modify anything that is not right for your body.
