Standing Pilates for Seniors

I've just discovered The Girl with the Pilates Mat, on YouTube.  Rachel is a Certified Pilates Instructor with 14 years teaching experience, 25 years of practice, and a former Professional Dancer.  She has lots of lovely Pilates-based workouts, many of them very gentle and manageable -- great for older dancers and beginner adult dancers.

This one, in particular, is a nice standing routine to help build leg, hip and glute strength. It is a 20-minute a full body gentle workout to improve mobility, flexibility, balance, strength and coordination.  This is a wonderful alternative for those who have trouble getting down to or up off the floor.  Check it out!
