10 Minute Morning Stretch

I'm a big fan of short, gentle stretch routines that you can perform throughout your day, when you find you've been too immobile for too long.  This ten-minute morning stretch routine, from Jessica Valant Pilates is great for getting going in the morning, but can also be great for mid-day breaks to get you out of that office chair.  If you have a lovely deck like hers, by all means do your stretching there and get a little sunshine and fresh air.  Give yourself the gift of a break, and do some gentle stretching.  Enjoy!
