30 Minute Absolute Beginner Barre

More from Ballet Misfit!  Here's a really nice absolute-beginner ballet barre you can do at home.  It focuses on ankle and foot strength.  I really like that the barre portion of this class is done entirely facing the barre.  This gives you a nice base of stability and helps you focus on body symmetry and alignment.
