10-minute Posture Series

From Mady Morrison, here is a 10 minute stretching routine to improve your posture and reduce back pain. This session is perfect when you spend most of the day sitting, or if you tend to a tight neck or back.

In this Yoga inspired routine she opens up the shoulders, expands the chest, mobilizes the spine and gently strengthens the back. This will help you to improve your overall posture and gets you your daily dose of flexibility & mobility at the same time.
