Giselle-Based Barre

Susan and Elizabeth, at Ballet Based Movement, have a fun Spring class using music from Giselle.  If you've never done one of their follow-along classes, give it a try!  They have such cherry attitudes it's impossible not to have a good time.  No need to memorize the combinations; Susan will talk you through.
