Yoga for Back Pain

Maybe it's the cold weather; maybe it's all the long hours sitting at work; maybe it's my aging bones... but my back has been cranky lately.

So I went hunting online and found this really nice, mellow, 10-minute back-pain yoga routine, that I'm really liking and trying to do every day (ok, maybe just *most* days).

A WORD OF CAUTION:  As always, only do what your body can handle, and skip anything that hurts or feels precarious.
