Ballet Snacks Throughout Your Day

I like these ideas, from Sarah at Sarah Aspinall Studio, for integrating ballet movement into your daily routines.  She's right -- we don't always have time to do a ballet class every day, but there are ways to work ballet movements into your day, that help foster strength, balance and flexibility.  As we get older, it's easy to do less with our bodies; Sarah's ideas are great ones for challenging yourself to fight that trend.  Check out her video, and think about how you can work ballet movements into your day.  (Retiré balance in the grocery store line, anyone?)
