Exercise For Those Over 40
I love this video from Jessica Valant Pilates, where she talks about the top four exercises you need to be doing as you age in order to stay strong and independent! She discusses the best exercises for women (actually for anybody) over 40 and beyond, including the exercise you need to keep your muscles and bones strong and your heart healthy as you age.
I agree with everything she says in her video, but most especially I appreciated her encouragement to do whatever exercise you love to do -- because, let's face it, working up the motivation to exercise is sometimes the hardest part. So if there's something you love doing, by all means keep doing that.
