Core & Posture Class

Here's another nice class, from the Scottish Ballet, focusing on core work and posture.

The first 8 minutes are done on the floor, and include some nice stretchy, fluid movements to engage our core muscles and get your joints juiced up.  The remaining 12 minutes are standing exercises using the barre for support, and incorporating port de bras, tendus, plies and rond de jambs.
