Gentle Yoga for Tight Hips
Here's another great yoga series from Yoga with Adriene, this one focusing on the hip joints. Sitting at my desk all day makes my hips and lower back feel so bound-up and stiff. I found that taking a little mid-day break, to go through this gentle 12 min yoga practice for tight hips, made a huge difference in how I felt at the end of the day. In this quick session, Adriene moves you slowly and with care, warming things up, exploring simple, controlled movements, and giving some love to the hip joints.
