Deep Stretch with Queensland Ballet
I really like this deep stretch series, from Queensland Ballet. It starts out standing, then moves to prone and supine floor positions, then ends with sitting stretches. The routine touches every muscle and joint of your body and feels really good. At 20 minutes, doesn't feel too long or too short. Give it a try!
