Ballet for Seniors - Queensland Ballet

Here is a very nice ballet barre, from the Queensland Ballet, suitable for beginners and seniors.  It takes you through the basics of warmups, plies, tendus, degages, fondus, rond de jambes, frappes and grand battement.  The teacher explains the combinations very well, before doing them with music.  At only 33 minutes long, it's perfect for squeezing a quick barre class into your busy day.  Give it a try!
